Our Promise
To provide a welcoming space for all children excited about freestyle snowboarding.
To encourage all athletes to step out of their comfort zone and harness their courage to achieve their goals.
To develop athletes that are ambassadors of their sport and of Sun Peaks.
The Process
For athletes moving up in the stages of competition we strongly encourage regular training in the gym, on a trampoline, and of course on snow.
For athletes moving into provincial competitions we suggest going to the gym no less than 2 days a week, trampoline training 1 day a week if you have access to it, snowboard addiction boards and general skateboarding are good activities to fill your time between training.
As you get older and increase your level of competition, you can increase your time on snow and in the gym.
