Grew up in: Markdale, Ontario, skiing Beaver Valley Ski Club

Certifications: Air Doubles Certified

Sport Journey started: I grew up skiing at Beaver Valley Ski Club and started instructing at 15 years old. I eventually switched to coaching freestyle skiing because I wanted to be spending more time in the park, and help guide young athletes to reach their goals in a safe and fun way. I coached for the Thunder Bay Freestyle Team while attending Lakehead University, where I was able to help advance the program and hone in more of my own teaching skills and philosophies.

Why did you decided on coaching: Fell in love with teaching very quickly and found it extremely rewarding watching athletes progress!
